Brrrrrrrr what a cold week it was, and another week of freezing night temperatures and chilly days coming up! My boys really enjoyed the beef stew last week. I'm planning more comfy and warming meals this week. Despite the overnight freezes, I have finally started to harvest a little of the broccoli from my garden. Though touched a bit by the frost, it has been very tasty! California gardening certainly has it's perks!

Monday: Split Pea Soup
Tuesday: Pork and Sweet Potato Stew
Wednesday: Baked Potato Night
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Pizza night
Saturday: Make Your Own Burrito Night
Sunday: Chicken Stir Fry with Rice
